This lovely day I've updated My Blog. So, I want to continue updating.
Today I want to share with you about RAINBOW.
I bet all of you has seen a rainbow before, right?
Before I enter school's gate, me and my friend Rina saw a rainbow.
So, I think to share about it today.
Rainbow is an optical and meteorological phenomenon that causes a spectrum of light to appear in the sky when the sun shines on to droplets of moisture in the Earth's atmospehere. It takes the form of a multicoloured arc. Rainbow caused by sunlight always appear in the section of sky directly opposite the sun.
In a primary rainbow, the arc shows red on the outer part, and violet on the inner side. This rainbow is caused by light being refracted while entering a droplet of water, then reflected inside on the back of the droplet and refracted again when leaving it.
In a double rainbow, a second arc is seen outside the primary arc, and has the order of its colours reversed, red facing the other one, in both rainbow. This rainbow is caused by light reflecting twicw inside water droplets. the region between a double rainbow is dark, and is known as 'Alexander's Band" or "Alexander's Dark Band".

A rainbow spans a continuous spectrum of colour. There are no bands. The appearent discreteness is an artefact of the photopigments in the human eye and of the neutral processing of our photoreceptor outputs in the brain. Because the peak response of human colour receptors varies from person to person, different individuals will see slightly different colours, and person with colour blindness will see a smaller set of everywhere, with normal colour vision.
That all for this day. Read more about Rainbow HERE
I hope you guys understand this post and do leave your comment.
